This form is to be used by International students who wish to permanently withdraw from their course of study at ACAP.
All applicants are encouraged to seek advice from the Department of Home Affairs before making any
submission as this may affect their student visa. Once the application to withdraw has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Campus Manager. Following approval, you will be notified that your enrolment has been withdrawn and CoE cancelled.
Please note, students will remain academically and financially liable for units if withdrawing after the Trimester census date. Students should refer to the Tuition Fee and Refund Policy located here.
