This form is to be used by International students on a student Visa seeking to be released from the college for study at another Registered Provider prior to completing six (6) months of their principle course with ACAP.

Students are advised to read the College’s International Student Transfer Between Registered Providers Policy before lodging this form.

Students should be aware that transferring to another provider may affect their international student visa and are advised to consult with the Department of Home Affairs.
